By creating an account, browsing our site, or purchasing an AeroSIM eSIM plan, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

AeroSIM provides digital eSIM connectivity products for travel. Availability, coverage, speeds, and fair-use policies may vary by destination and plan.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase AeroSIM products. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

• Provide accurate registration and contact details.
• Do not share login credentials or transfer account access without our consent.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the storefront and may change without notice for future purchases. Taxes, FX conversion, and payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the eSIM profile (or install instructions) is made available to you. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in error.

eSIMs are delivered digitally. After successful payment, you typically receive a QR code and install instructions by email and in your account. You are responsible for installing the eSIM on a compatible unlocked device before or during travel.

Plan validity, data allowances, network partners, and throttling rules are described on each product page. Validity generally begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination, unless the product listing states otherwise.

You may use AeroSIM connectivity only for lawful personal or business travel purposes. You must not use our services to commit fraud, abuse networks, resell service without authorization, or interfere with other users.

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive traffic.
• No unauthorized commercial resale of AeroSIM plans.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems.

Because eSIMs are digital goods, refund eligibility is limited. Unused eSIMs that have not been installed or activated may be eligible for a refund under our refund policy. Once an eSIM has been installed, activated, or substantially used, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law.

Coverage, speeds, and partner networks can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, specific speeds, or coverage in every location. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue products or features with reasonable notice when practical.

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, AeroSIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, travel disruption, or data loss arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Metro Manila have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, subject to any non-waivable local consumer rights.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of AeroSIM after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
