eSIM guide
How AeroSIM works
Getting travel data with AeroSIM takes three steps. Buy before you fly, install over Wi-Fi, then connect when you arrive.
1. Choose your destination and package
Browse countries and regions, then pick a data allowance and validity that match your trip. Every plan page shows data size, duration, network notes, and price in your selected currency.
Add the plan to your cart and check out when you are ready. Your purchase is tied to a digital eSIM profile — nothing physical ships.
2. Install your eSIM in minutes
After payment, AeroSIM delivers a QR code and install instructions to your email and account. Connect to Wi-Fi, open your phone’s cellular settings, and scan the QR code (or follow the manual install steps for your device).
Install before you travel whenever possible. That way your eSIM is ready the moment you land, even if airport Wi-Fi is slow.
- Keep your primary SIM/eSIM active for calls and OTP messages if your phone supports dual SIM.
- Do not delete the eSIM profile until your trip is finished and you no longer need the plan.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to label the line (for example, “Travel Data”).
3. Go online and enjoy your trip
At your destination, turn on the AeroSIM line and enable data roaming for that line if your phone asks for it. Your plan’s validity usually starts when the eSIM first attaches to a supported local network.
You can manage remaining data and order details from your AeroSIM account. If you need more data, browse top-up or additional plans for the same destination where available.
Tips for a smooth setup
- Confirm your phone is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before buying.
- Save a screenshot of your QR code offline in case email is unavailable later.
- If installation fails, restart your phone and retry over a stable Wi-Fi network.
